Companies in Valladolid and its suburbs: the corporate account for visitors arriving at Campo Grande, industrial-estate staff, the trade fair and trips to Barajas, with one invoice a month
The corporate account is a way of paying and invoicing, with no fee and no minimum: authorised people book by phone, email, WhatsApp or API, every trip has its price fixed in advance, the traveller neither pays nor keeps receipts, and at month end one invoice arrives with VAT itemised and one line per job with date, route, passenger and cost centre. In Valladolid the companies of the suburbs use it to receive visitors arriving by high-speed train at Campo Grande or by air at Barajas, for industrial-estate shift changes at hours with no bus and for the fairs at the exhibition centre. From Campo Grande to Arroyo de la Encomienda is 7 km; from Valladolid to Barajas, 207 km.

How does a visitor reach a company in Valladolid or its suburbs?
Almost always by high-speed train, from Madrid-Chamartín to Campo Grande, right in the city centre; from there an office in the centre is a short walk, but a plant in Arroyo de la Encomienda, in Laguna de Duero or on the southern industrial estates is not, and the city bus does not match an early meeting. The job is booked with the train number and the company's address as destination, the app follows delays and the driver waits at the exit with the visitor's name. Anyone arriving by air comes through Barajas, because Villanubla has few routes and several seasonal ones, and the job is booked the same way, with the flight number and the pickup in arrivals.
The figures are the engine's, the same as for an individual: Campo Grande to Arroyo de la Encomienda, 7 km from 18,00 €; Valladolid to Barajas, 207 km and about 165 min along the A-6 and over the mountains, from 261,98 €. There is no surge, time-of-day or festival surcharge: the price agreed at booking is the one on the invoice, including in Holy Week and during the Seminci festival in October, when the hotels fill up and the processions or the screenings close the centre.
What do Valladolid companies ask for besides receiving visitors?
Staff, fairs and business trips. The capital and its suburbs have car-industry, agri-food and logistics estates that change shifts before dawn, when the bus does not run or does not enter the estate. The shift change is booked as one job with several stops: the company gives the clock-in time and the workers' addresses, the platform works out the run with staggered pickups and one price for the whole thing, and if several cars are needed for the same shift they are coordinated to the same clock-in time and invoiced together at month end. The Feria de Valladolid concentrates the arrival and departure of every visitor at the same hour, and an exhibitor books the cars from the hotels with staggered pickups and a single invoice at the close.
Business trips are the early departure to Campo Grande with a margin for the train, or to Barajas to fly, with the return booked to the flight and arrival tracking; and meetings in Palencia, Burgos or Salamanca along the A-62 when the train does not fit the time. Medina del Campo, with its own high-speed station on the Zamora and Galicia line, and Tordesillas, where the A-6 and A-62 cross, have their own industrial estates, and from there the account is used above all to go up to the hospitals and to Campo Grande with a worker or a client. From Medina del Campo to Campo Grande is 53 km; from Tordesillas to the Feria de Valladolid, 29 km.
How is the account opened, and who may book?
From the companies page, with the tax details and the authorised people, with no lock-in and no fee; the account is opened through the normal sign-up and, on returning, marked as a corporate one under billing. The usual setup in a company in the suburbs is to authorise two or three people, reception, management and whoever organises visits, and have the rest go through them, although it can be opened to the whole team with a cap per job. Each booking is confirmed in writing with the route, time, passenger and price, and is tied to the cost centre named by whoever books, which is what later orders the invoice; if the company would rather have its own system do it, there is an API with a key to quote, book and check the status of the job.
Trips that repeat are left fixed: the staff run each morning, the technician who comes to the plant every week, a worker's rehabilitation appointment. The fixed service keeps the same driver, who already knows the plant, the gate to use and the time, is kept for as many weeks or months as needed and is cancelled at no cost when it is no longer required. The fixed-service page explains how it is arranged and what to decide first: times, addresses with the exact gate and who reports changes.
What does the invoice include, and what if the train or the flight is late?
One grouped invoice a month, with VAT itemised at the reduced passenger-transport rate and one line per job with date, route, passenger, cost centre and amount, reconciling with the written confirmations; if the company works by cost centres, it comes broken down by centre. The traveller files no expense claim and advances no money. Each trip is performed by a partner under their own valid VTC authorisation or taxi licence, with a road sheet issued before it starts, in case the compliance department asks for it; if a partner fleet performs it, you are told who is driving before the pickup, not after.
If the visitor's high-speed train is late, the job carries the train number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait runs from the actual arrival; at Barajas, with the flight number, the actual landing time is checked. If a meeting runs long, the driver is told by message and a wait or a new time is agreed; extended waiting is invoiced at the published rate and you are warned before it starts to count, never afterwards. In winter fog on the plateau is common in the morning and, with snow on the Guadarrama, the AP-6 tunnel is the usual crossing: for an early flight the pickup is brought forward at booking.
What other companies in the province use the account?
The hotels of central Valladolid and the Ribera, to take guests to Campo Grande or Barajas with the charge on the room; the wineries of Peñafiel and Rueda that receive buyers and wine-tourism visits from the station, with a wait at each visit; clinics and insurers, for unaccompanied transfers to appointments at Río Hortega or the Clínico with an escort to the door and the invoice to the insurer; schools, for outings with several cars; and wedding and event organisers at the estates of the suburbs and the Ribera, who need staggered pickups and a single invoice. Each has its own page with what changes in its case; the account is the same for all.
The hospitals deserve a separate note: Río Hortega, in the south of the city, and the Clínico, next to the Faculty of Medicine in an area of narrow streets and little parking, share the province between them and each town is assigned to one. An insurer or an occupational health service in Medina del Campo books the outward trip, the wait for the appointment and the return in the same job, with an escort to the outpatients door: Medina del Campo to Río Hortega is 56 km. It is a car with a driver to and from an appointment, not medical transport, and the knowledge-centre piece on non-urgent medical transfers explains where the line is.
Frequently asked questions
Does the corporate account have a fee or a lock-in?
No. It is a way of paying and invoicing: no fee, no minimum and no lock-in contract. With high volume a rate can be discussed, always in writing.
How does a visitor get from Campo Grande to a plant in Arroyo or Laguna de Duero?
With a pickup booked with the train number: the driver waits at the station exit with the visitor's name and takes them to the plant gate, which is saved in the account for the next visit. The price is the engine's and appears on the monthly invoice.
What if the visitor's train or flight is late?
The job carries the train or flight number and the app follows it: the pickup moves by itself and the published courtesy wait starts counting at the actual arrival, without anyone having to ring.
What does bringing a client from Barajas to Valladolid cost?
The route engine works it out the same way as for an individual: Valladolid to Barajas is 207 km, from 261,98 €. That price, fixed at booking, is the one on the monthly invoice.
Can an industrial-estate shift change with several pickups be fixed?
Yes: it is booked as one job with several stops and the same clock-in time, left fixed with the same driver for as many days as needed, including public holidays, and cancelled at no cost when it ends.

How we write, where the figures come from and how we correct an error: editorial policy.
The account's conditions (authorised people, caps, cost centres) are set when it is opened and can be adjusted later; the courtesy wait and the cancellation policy are those published on the companies page when opened. Kilometre, minute and price figures are those of the route engine when the page is opened; the VAT rate is the one published by the tax agency on the date consulted.
